All sizes indicated in the product pages are approximate. There is a manufacturer's tolerance depending on the type of mat. Please allow for tolerances on the final size. Tolerances might be in the range of +/- 6%

Color Discrepancies
Images of colors indicated in the product pages are for reference only and may differ from the actual color of the product. Please refer to color samples if they are available. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Some colors may not be available at the time of order.

In the case of custom logo mats, artworks will be developed for customer approval before the production order is placed, based on customer's instructions for logo, color scheme and mat layout.

Shipping Policies
FloorMatSystems.com ships via Federal Express Ground or UPS Ground to all continental U.S. for orders under 150 lbs. For shipments over 150 lbs, we will contact you to confirm the shipping cost and the delivery method. In case the customer requires an expedite shipment, it could be arranged at an additional cost. 

We work hard to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost, and we believe that we are extremely fair when making these calculations. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method. We charge only enough to cover shipping and handling. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout. 

Please contact us for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories, as well as international destinations. We DO NOT ship to PO boxes or to APO/FPO military addresses. We DO NOT ship to multiple addresses.

Return Policies
We aim to please. Therefore, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with a product, we will gladly accept most returns. However, we do have several return policies: 

Custom mats are not returnable. Custom mats include logo mats, custom color mats, custom size mats and any other type of customization on a specific mat. 

Due to the high cost of shipping, shipping insurance, and handling, we require a 15% restocking fee for any returns.The customer will pay the freight back to the warehouse. Once the product has been cleared by our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund to the same credit card that was used when placing the order, minus 15% restocking fee and minus the freight cost on the original order. 

All articles must be returned within seven business days of receipt in its original box. We will not accept returns of articles that have been out of our warehouse for longer than that.

Pricing and Typographical Errors
While Floormatsystems.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Floormatsystems shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, Floormatsystems may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. 
We strive to provide you with the lowest prices possible. However, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
